SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

A tentative delivery and time will be provided along with the order confirmation email. The exact date will be provided as soon as the order is ready to be dispatched. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking on TRACK ORDER and find the status. The Charges for shipping will be applicable state wise and it is subject to modification at any time. We will provide free shipping in selected locations as per our discrepancies. NOTE: In case the outer packing is tampered, please do not accept the order.

Track Order: All customers will be provided with track order option.

Time to deliver: The time taken to deliver vary according to the destinations. However, we will ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Delivery time for Pan India:

The product is delivered within 7-10 working days in India from the day or order confirmation, provided such the delivery is not delayed by any government authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government or due to COVID- 19. In any unlikely that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, then we will cancel your order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases the refund will be made into your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure products reach to you promptly and in perfect condition. We ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and may require the identity proof for verification. NOTE: the recipient needs to provide the identity proof for receiving the delivery such as PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, VOTER IDENTIFICATION etc.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

This user agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India.  The courts In Mumbai shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this under agreement.

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Service:

We reserve the right at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this user agreement without any prior notification to you. Subsequent to any such modification of the user agreement, we will inform you the same through email at the address provided by you at the time of registration on our website. You can access the latest version of the user agreement at any time on our website – www.MEALpyramid.com. You should regularly view the user agreement on www.MEALpyramid.com. In the event of the user agreement is not acceptable to you, you may undertake to discontinue our services. However if you wish to continue to use our service you shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted to the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified terms and conditions and you undertake to abide by the modified user agreement.
