Return of goods purchased from MEALpyramid

We carefully inspect the goods before we ship your order to ensure they are fresh and there is no damage to the goods. However, if you notice any damage or quality issues to your purchase upon delivery, please contact us (email: shop@MEALpyramid.com) within 2 days of delivery so that we can promptly organize the replacement of your goods.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of mind), you may return the product unused, unwashed and in its original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We are unable to accept returns on sale and clearance items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Please note: this applies to our dry snacks & merchandise items only. Our freshly made perishable items such as Paneer, Tarts and All our chocolate products are non-refundable / non-returnable.

To return or exchange, simply email us (email: shop@MEALpyramid.com) and notify that you will return the item and enclose the original packing slip (mark the item you are returning) in the parcel. If you do not have your original packing slip. In replacement of your return item you can buy any other product of the equivalent or more from the website. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return delivery is to be covered at your own cost.  Please note: this applies to our dry snacks & merchandise items only. Our freshly made perishable items such as Paneer, Tarts and All our chocolate products are non-refundable / non-returnable.
